Recently, China Steel Corp.'s (CSC) new price increase and imported offers have also followed suit, and local distributors turned reluctant to sell and raised prices, prompting a reversal in buying sentiment in the market. 

The previous low-priced futures orders were delivered first, disrupting market circulation prices. Suppliers who imported hot-rolled coils (HRC) saw the buying trend pick up, and immediately reduced sales and began to increase prices. Coupled with the follow-up by major dealers, the circulation price has already increased. 

With the current excessive decline in imported HRC prices, there is a lot of room for a rebound, and the domestic price strategy has not changed much. In addition, under low inventory conditions, market participants believe that opportunities for price rebound may come.
