The US International Trade Commission (USITC) announced that it made the final determination to maintain the existing antidumping (AD) and countervailing (CVD) duty on large-diameter welded (LDW) pipe from Canada, China, Greece, India, South Korea, and Turkey. It found that revoking the existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on large-diameter welded pipes from six countries would result in the continuation or recurrence of material injury.
The Commission determined the antidumping duty on large-diameter welded carbon and alloy steel line pipes in those six countries after the five-year review. It also determined the countervailing duty order for subject products from India and South Korea.
