Recently, Zhongnan Iron & Steel has made another breakthrough in producing large-size ultra-clean bearing steel wire rods and achieved the satisfaction of end customers. 

The ultra-clean bearing steel is the main raw material for manufacturing constant-contact fatigue life bearings such as automobiles, railways, energy, and CNC machine tools. It has difficult production technology with a narrow composition range and low phosphorus and sulfur content, especially high requirements for oxygen and titanium content. 

The research and development of ultra-clean bearing steel wire rods has provided strong material support for the promotion and application of constant-contact fatigue life bearings and accelerated the upgrading of bearing products.
