A A A
According to the final results of the countervailing duty (CVD) expedited first sunset review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) finds that revocation of the CVD order on large diameter welded pipe (LDWP) from South Korea and India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the “Final Results of Sunset Review” section of this notice.

Therefore, the subsidy rate for India’s enterprises was set at 541.15% while South Korean Husteel Co., Ltd, Hyundai Steel, SeAH Steel, and all other companies were assigned 0.01%, 0.44%, 27.42%, and 9.29%, respectively. The measure is applicable on May 22, 2024.
