It was reported that China Steel Corporation, one of the Taiwanese leading steelmakers, announced to decrease its leeway price for December, with a range of NTD$300-500/ton.

As the downstream was quite optimistic of the result, the current market price for hot-rolled coil had shown an increment with about NTD$0.5/kg, but also still somebody worried whether the leeway price would influence the prime product price.
