On April 2, 2025, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced its final determinations for an anti-dumping (AD) investigation that South Korea’s producers/exporters of hot-rolled steel flat products sold their products at prices lower than normal value during the period of review from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023.

As a result, Hyundai Steel received a weighted-average dumping margin of 0.89%, and POSCO was assigned 2.27%.

This final ruling was applicable on April 2, 2025.
