Steel pipe manufacturers are worried that foreign markets will be hit by US tariffs, making it difficult to export to the US, and that competition in non-US markets is becoming more intense, affecting both orders and prices. The actual impact is still to be confirmed at the key dates of March 12 for new US tariffs and April 2 for reciprocal tariffs. The export outlook is unclear and faces many challenges.
