US assigns AD duties to Taiwan’s corrosion-resistant steel products

According to the final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review on certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Taiwan, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that the subject products from two Taiwanese companies were being sold at prices lower than the fair value in the US market during review period from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.

Specifically, Prosperity Tieh Enterprises Co., Ltd. (Prosperity) and Great Grandeul Steel Company Limited (Samoa) received a weighted-average dumping margin of 0.99%, while Sheng Yu Steel Co., Ltd. (SYSCO) will be subject to a zero duty.

This notice is applicable on May 7, 2025.
