EU’s AD measure on hot-rolled stainless steel from Indonesia, Taiwan, China to expire in Oct 2025

3 Feb 2025 15:29 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
The European Commission announced that the anti-dumping (AD) duties on hot-rolled stainless steel sheets and coils from Indonesia, Taiwan, and China will expire on October 8, 2025, unless a review process is initiated before the expiration.

EU producers can submit a written request within three months before the expiry, providing sufficient evidence to prove that the removal of these AD duties could lead to continued or renewed dumping and harm to the European steel industry, prompting the Commission to start an expiry review.

The current AD duty rates for the three countries are 17.7% for Indonesia, 4.1%-7.5% for Taiwan, and 57.1%-106.5% for China.
