US launches AD expiry review on China’s malleable iron pipe fittings

7 Nov 2024 15:07 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
On November 1, 2024, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) started the fourth sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) duty on malleable iron pipe fittings from China to determine whether the withdrawal of the existing AD order on the subject products would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.

On November 4, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced the launch of the fourth AD sunset review on the subject products from China.

The deadline for interested parties to submit their response is December 2, 2024, and the comments on the adequacy of responses should be filed by January 2, 2025.
