The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has extended its order made on November 28, 2018, regarding the dumping and subsidizing of seamless carbon or alloy steel oil and gas well casing from China.

The Tribunal determined that lifting the order could lead to significant injury. Consequently, the existing order remains in effect, and the Canada Border Services Agency will continue to enforce anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing (CVD) duties on this product.
