According to the preliminary results of the antidumping duty (AD) administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) found that prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Spain was sold in the US at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023.

Therefore, the weighted-average dumping margin for Global Special Steel Products SAU was set at 3.04%. The measure was effective from July 5, 2024. The final determination of this review is scheduled to be declared within 120 days of publication of these preliminary results.
