Mexico removes AD measures on carbon & alloy steel plates originating in Italy & Japan

According to an announcement from the Mexican Secretariat of Economy (SE), Mexico decided to eliminate anti-dumping duties (AD) imposed on imports of carbon and alloy steel plates originating in Italy and Japan from May 1.

Mexico started to impose AD on Italy and Japan's steel plates in April 2019. The products involved were under HS codes 7208.51.01, 7208.51.02, 7208.51.03, 7208.52.01 and 7225.40.99.
