The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has announced the preliminary results after the administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from South Korea.

The USDOC found that South Korean POSCO did not sell subject merchandise in the US at prices below normal value during the period of review May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022.

Therefore, the weighted-average dumping margin for POSCO was assigned 0%. The measure was effective from June 2, 2023.
