Tenaris S.A., a global leading steel pipe supplier headquartered in Luxembourg, has obtained two contracts from Aker BP and Subsea7 Norway to supply casing and tubing and line pipes for the Fenris project, developed by an unmanned installation to access a gas reservoir on the Norwegian continental shelf.

Tenaris will provide around 7,000 tons of pipes, with outer diameters ranging from 10' to 17', using Dopeless technology, an environmentally-friendly dope-free solution.

Meanwhile, Tenaris will also supply roughly 10,000 tons of line pipes with outer diameters of 14', 12', and 4’ and with anti-corrosion coating for this project.
