Mexico terminates AD measure on high-carbon ferromanganese from South Korea

On May 16, 2023, the Mexican Secretariat of Economy (SE) announced its final determination of the first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on high-carbon ferromanganese originating in or imported from South Korea, regardless of the country of origin, deciding to cancel the 35.64% AD duty determined on the Final Resolution on December 15, 2016.

Therefore, the AD measure on subject goods from South Korea is terminated. This resolution enters into force the day after its publication.

The products involved are classified under tariff codes 7202.11.01 and 9802.00.13 of the TIGIE.
