On March 30, the annual general meeting of shareholders of Hoa Phat Group (HPG) took place in Hanoi. Hoa Phat Group indicated that in the coming time, the group would regulate production according to the market situation, focusing on developing high-quality steel.

In addition, HPG will also concentrate its efforts on putting the Hoa Phat Dung Quat 2 Iron and Steel Production Complex project into action. This project is expected to be finished in the first quarter of 2025, increasing crude steel annual capacity up to 14 million tons.
