Ball Corp. releases new Climate Transition Plan

Ball Corporation, a provider of metal packaging in the US, recently released its new Climate Transition Plan, with an outline of the company's path and evolution towards a fully circular and decarbonized business, enabling it to better serve its stakeholders and deliver solutions that benefit the planet.

The plan was released with the 2022 Combined Report, which details the company's promise to environmental, social, and economic sustainability, as well as progress towards its 2030 product stewardship and social impact goals.

The company focuses on achieving a 55% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. The company’s Climate Transition Plan will help its customers reach their scope 3 emissions targets.
