US decides to maintain AD order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from 3 countries

A A A
On March 22, 2023, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) voted to make an affirmative ruling on the fourth sunset review of anti-dumping (AD), determining that the revocation of the existing AD duty order on imports of stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

According to the affirmative ruling made by the USITC, the existing AD order on imports of subject products from the three countries will remain in place.
