European liquefied natural gas (LNG) imports were expected to increase rapidly in the summer season. Therefore, the demand for LNG carriers will also increase accordingly.

Due to Chinese demand recovery, changes in European demand, and weather conditions, global LNG supply was expected to increase by 1% year on year to 200 million tons this summer. Global LNG demand will reach 192 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 1%.
