Canada continues to impose AD duties on rebars from 6 countries

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) announced on February 2, 2023 that after the mandatory expiry review, it will continue to impose a five-year anti-dumping (AD) duty on concrete reinforcing bars originating in or exported from six countries.

The AD duty rate set for Taiwan, Belarus, Hong Kong, Portugal, Spain, and Japan is in a range from 0% to 108.5%.
