The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) rescinded the administrative review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Germany, covering the period of review from May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.

The USDOC initiated an administrative review on May 2, 2022. However, AG der Dillinger Hüttenwerke (Dillinger), the only company subject to this review, was confirmed to have no entries of subject goods during the period of review. Therefore, the administrative review on Dillinger was rescinded.
