USITC makes negative determinations of AD duties on steel nails from 3 countries

On January 25, 2023, the US International Trade Commission (USITC) determined that the US industry is not materially injured or threatened with material injury by imports of steel nails from India, Thailand, and Turkey that the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has determined are sold at prices lower than fair value in the US market.

Due to the negative determinations made by the USITC, the USDOC will not issue anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on imports of subject goods from the above-mentioned three countries.
