Italian steel pipe maker Tenaris and Brazil’s state-run oil company Petrobras announced that both sides reached a three-year agreement to supply tubes with corrosion-resistant alloys for offshore Brazil.

Tenaris produces pipes for oil and gas exploration and it also said those products will be produced in Sweden. It will collaborate with Alleima, which develops stainless steel and high-performance materials.

The company’s Brazilian team will carry out the contract and service package.
