Cyprium Metals increases mineral resource at Nifty copper project

5 Oct 2022 16:39 reported by Ivy Wei

A A A
Cyprium Metals increased the Nifty copper resource, located in Western Australia’s Pilbara region, by 40% before the planned mine restart. Cyprium acquired the Nifty project in early 2021, and at that time, the resource was 658,500 tons of contained copper.

The Nifty copper project restart is the first phase of potential over 20-year life and remains robust.

Cyprium has increased the copper output to 940,200 tons this year following reverse circulation drilling. Cyprium has now added another 91,000 tons of copper metal contained within the historic heap leach pads.
