After the US Court of International Trade (CIT) order challenged the previous results made by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the USDOC has amended the anti-dumping (AD) margins on imports of circular welded non-alloy steel pipes from South Korea.

The amended weighted-average dumping margin for Husteel Co., Ltd. was set at 6.44%, that for Hyundai Steel Company was at 4.82%, and non-examined companies, including SeAH Steel Corporation and NEXTEEL Co., Ltd., were assigned a margin of 5.63%.

The AD rates previously set by the USDOC and challenged by Nexteel were 27.28% for NEXTEEL, and 4.92% for Husteel and all other exporters and producers.
