US confirms AD duty rate on UAE’s circular welded carbon-quality steel pipes

According to the final results of the anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that the sales of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipes were being sold by the United Arab Emirates’ producers or exporters in the US market at prices lower than the fair value during the period of review from December 1, 2018 to November 30, 2019.
The weighted-average dumping margin for Ajmal Steel Tubes & Pipes Industries and Noble Steel Industries was set at 54.27%, and Universal Tube and Plastic Industries, THL Tube and Pipe Industries, KHK Scaffolding and Formwork, and Conares Metal Supply were assigned a duty rate of 1.62%.
The products involved are under Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) codes 7306.19.1010, 7306.19.1050, 7306.19.5110, 7306.19.5150, 7306.30.1000, 7306.30.5015, 7306.30.5020, 7306.30.5025, 7306.30.5032, 7306.30.5040, 7306.30.5055, 7306.30.5085, 7306.30.5090, 7306.50.1000, 7306.50.5030, 7306.50.5050, and 7306.50.5070.
