Currently, the factories in Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines are looking for reopening. Despite the fact that their epidemic situation is among the most dangerous kinds in the world, countries in the Southeast Asian region now start to understand that they can no longer afford the economic damage caused by those restrictions they built for controlling the pandemic outbreak.
Since the rate of vaccination is low in Southeast Asian countries, the latest virus Delta seems to be very fierce for them. Therefore, the countries are making efforts to find a balance between controlling the virus spreading and ensuring the flowing of capital and persons.
