4 May 2021 16:31 reported by Claude Tseng

A A A
Taiwan's Tung Ho Steel Enterprise Corporation increased its H section steel prices by NT$600/ton in mid-April. Dragon Steel Corporation (DSC) also increased the H section steel prices by NT$1,200/ton for May.

Affected by this, the small section price followed to hike NT$600/ton this week and the rise is closed to that of H-beam.

According to the section steel mills, they don't take risks to receive more orders now as the raw material keeps going up. Stimulated by this, the small section demand also remained good. The price of small sections was also increased by NT$600/ton this week.
