Dominican Republic’s scrap imports in Taiwan increase significantly in Oct

According to the market statistic in Taiwan, the total imports of scrap from the Dominican Republic this October were around 11,400 tons, increased by around 75% month on month, ranked as the fourth largest provider in Taiwan.

Among them, the total value of the imported scrap from the Dominican Republic this October was around NT$79.5 million.

Moreover, the top three providers of scrap in Taiwan this October were the US, Japan, and Canada.
