Ethanol can give power to automobiles under Mitsui that is producing fuel ethanol from steel mill emissions with Guizhou Jinyuan Group and the Chinese JV of LanzaTech.

Mitsui is promoting a clean energy project. The new mill is using waste emissions from the mill for ethanol production.

10 such mills could fulfill around 20% of the 3-million-ton annual fuel ethanol consumption in China.
