US postpones initial CVD ruling on PC strands from Turkey

30 Jun 2020 14:26 reported by Donna Huang

A A A
The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) declared to postpone the initial ruling of countervailing duty on prestressed concrete steel wire strands (PC strand) from Turkey.

Previously, the ruling was decided to be announced on July 10, but the company submitting this request suggested to postpone it. The ruling will be issued before September 14, 2020.

Additionally, the USDOC also said that the lifting of the existing AD orders on PC strands imported from Brazil, India, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, and Thailand might result in the continuation or recurrence of dumping.
