According to the announcement from Larry Kudlow, the director of the United States National Economic Council, he mentioned that Donald Trump was not satisfied with the behavior of the Chinese government in recent months, especially about the new national security laws on Hong Kong.

Larry Kudlow also said the trade agreement between the US and China was not that important to Donald Trump anymore, and the US government might announce the "new action" to China before the end of this week.

It was a very big hint that the trade war between the US and China might restart again, and currently the US government also asked the American companies to move out their business from Hong Kong and China, and the US government even would pay for part of the fees.
