Fitch Solutions, one of the leading analysis companies in the world, indicated that although the global nickel output might show dramatically drop in the next 10 years, Australia’s nickel output still might increase in the same period.

By the ban nickel exporting policy from the Indonesian government, the global nickel output might drop by 15% year on year at the end of this year and might continue to decrease by 1.7% decline speed each of the year in the next 10 years.

This might create a new opportunity for nickel-producers from Australia, Russia, and Canada.

As Australia for example, there were over 20 new projects that would be started operating this year and expected to increase production in the next 10 years with an average speed of 2.1% annual growth.
