UK launches transitional review of EU AD measures against iron or non-alloy steel welded pipes from 3 countries

It's reported that on February 10th, 2020, the UK Department of International Trade announced to initiate a transition review on the EU's existing anti-dumping measures against welded pipes and tubes of iron or non-alloyed steel from China, Russia, and Belarus.

The investigation would determine whether the EU’s anti-dumping measures would continue to be implemented or adjusted in the UK.

The codes of the products involved are ex 7306.30.41, ex 7306.30.49, ex 7306.30.72, and ex 7306.30.77 (TARIC codes are 7306.30.41.20, 7306.30.49.20, 7306.30.72.80, and 7306.30.77.80).

The dumping investigation period was from January 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2019, and the damage analysis period was from January 1st in 2016 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
