International nickel price hits 3-month high on Jul 8

The international nickel price hits a 3-month high on Monday (July 8th). The cash price of nickel on the London Metal Exchange (LME) settled at US$12,676/ton, up by 2.08%, which was the highest since April.

As for the prices of other base metals, the price of copper closed at US$587,3.25/ton, down by 0.29%; that of aluminum was at US$1,790/ton, down by 0.34%; that of lead closed at US$1,872.5/ton, rising by 0.89%; that of zinc settled at US$2,369.5/ton, dropping by 1.44%; that of tin was at US$18,476/ton, up by 0.66%.
