Due to the uncertain global environment, Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), one of the leading stainless steel steelmakers in Taiwan, announced to integrate upstream to stabilize the cost and to increase the price competitiveness.

Since the US President opened the first shot with Section 232 in March 2018 and the trade war between China and the US causing the knock-on effect on the other countries, both slowed down the global economic growth.

However, sometimes a crisis is a turning point. For those who could combine the resources to enhance themselves and survive in this bad environment, who could be able to secure a place in the market.
