The USDOC found Salzgitter's sales between November 14th, 2016 and April 30th, 2018 in the US was lower than the normal level. The final weighted average dumping margin was 174.03%, as same as the preliminary dumping rate set in February.

Before the adjustment, the weighted average dumping margin on the plate exports to the US from Salzgitter was 5.38%.
