USITC arranges expedited AD & CVD sunset reviews on steel nails from 5 countries

4 Sep 2026 13:20 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
The US International Trade Commission (USITC) issued a notice under the Tariff Act of 1930 to organize expedited sunset reviews concerning trade defense measures on steel nails.

Authorities will examine whether revoking the current anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on imports from Malaysia, Oman, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, together with the countervailing duty (CVD) order on Vietnamese goods, would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of material injury to domestic industries within a reasonably foreseeable timeframe.
