The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) adjusted the weighted-average dumping margin for circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from the United Arab Emirates, covering the period from December 1, 2020, through November 30, 2021.

Published in the Federal Register on August 31, 2026, the updated determination implements a court ruling.

The modification complies with an August 19, 2026, final judgment from the US Court of International Trade (CIT) sustaining the USDOC's second remand results. Therefore, the dumping margin assigned to Universal Tube and Plastic Industries, Ltd., THL Tube and Pipe Industries LLC, and KHK Scaffolding and Formwork LLC rose from 2.63% to 3.64%.
