The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has concluded its sunset review and decided to continue the anti-dumping (AD) duty on certain steel threaded rod imports from China. The decision was based on the finding that removing the existing AD duty would likely lead to renewed or continued dumping.

According to the final results of the sunset reviews, dumping margins were found to reach as high as 206%.

The affected products fall under HTSUS subheadings 7318.15.5050, 7318.15.5090, and 7318.15.2095.
