The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) published amended final results for the anti-dumping (AD) administrative review of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand, covering the review period from March 1, 2019, to February 29, 2020.

The modification complies with a final judgment issued by the US Court of International Trade on July 17, 2026, which sustained the third remand redetermination.

Consequently, the weighted-average dumping margin for Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co., Ltd. and Thai Premium Pipe Co., Ltd. decreased from 36.97% to 14.74%.
