The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) released its preliminary findings regarding the administrative review of countervailing duties (CVD) on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Turkey. This investigation focused on the period between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023.

The USDOC determined that Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikalari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Borusan) received countervailable subsidies during the review period. Therefore, a preliminary net subsidy rate of 1.44% was assigned to the company.

A final decision is expected within 120 days of the publication of these preliminary results.
