On March 24, 2025, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced its final determination of the anti-dumping (AD) administrative review, ruling that the sales of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Ukraine were made at prices lower than normal value in the US market during the period of review from August 1, 2022, to July 31, 2023.

As a result, Interpipe Ukraine LLC and its relevant enterprises were assigned a weighted average dumping margin of 2.07%, effective on March 24, 2025.
