11 May 2026 16:42 reported by Joy Liu

A A A
The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) initiated their third sunset review of anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on Chinese steel grating on May 1, 2026.

The probes are to determine if ending current AD and CVD measures would lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to domestic producers within a foreseeable time.

Interested parties must register with the USDOC within ten days of the announcement. Furthermore, the ITC requires submittals of responses by June 1, 2026. A final deadline for evaluations regarding the adequacy of these responses is set for July 13, 2026.
