The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) concluded its expedited third sunset review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order regarding prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from China, determining that eliminating the existing AD order would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of dumping.

The authority calculated that weighted-average dumping margins could reach up to 193.55% if the regulatory measures are removed.
