The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) published preliminary results of its anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Italy, spanning the period of review from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025.

Federal investigators preliminarily determined that subject merchandise was sold below normal value, estimating a weighted-average dumping margin of 10.77% for Metinvest Trametal S.p.A. and Ferrieria Valsider S.p.A., and 0.94% for NLMK Verona S.p.A.

Furthermore, the USDOC partially rescinded the administrative review for three companies, namely Officine Technosider s.r.l., F.A.R. Fonderie Acciaierie S.p.A., and Pro Form S.R.L., due to a lack of suspended entries of the subject products during the review period.
