The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) amended final determinations and anti-dumping (AD) duty orders concerning welded line pipes from South Korea.

The update complies with a final judgment issued on September 15, 2026, by the US Court of International Trade (CIT) in the case Stupp Corporation versus United States, sustaining the fourth remand redetermination covering the investigation period from October 1, 2013, to September 30, 2014.

Under the revised calculations applicable from September 25, 2026, the weighted-average dumping margin for SeAH Steel Corporation is adjusted to 4.55%, while the rate assigned to all other producers and exporters is 5.39%.
