A A A
On January 19, 2026, Thailand’s Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Subcommittee concluded its first sunset review regarding iron or steel tubes or pipes from Vietnam, deciding to maintain existing anti-dumping (AD) duties for an additional five years to prevent continued unfair trade practices.

Under this final ruling, Vietnamese imports face CIF-based tax rates ranging from 6.97% to 51.61%. Specifically, Binh Duong Steel Joint Stock Company receives a 6.97% rate, while Vina One Steel Manufacturing Corporation and others, such as Hoa Sen Group, receive rates between 9.10% and 11.10%. Higher duties apply to Sendo Steel Pipe Joint Venture Company Limited at 39.93% and Nguyen Minh Steel Group Joint Stock Company at 46.93%. All other Vietnamese exporters are subject to a 51.61% duty.
