Taiwan's screw exports to Europe increase in volume, fall in price in H1

Taiwan's screw exports to Europe around 203,100 tons in the first half of the year, increasing by 7.4% compared to the same period last year. Despite this volume growth, the average export price fell by 5%, indicating a trend of higher sales at lower prices.

In June alone, statistics showed that Taiwan’s screw exports to Europe totaled about 32,800 tons, falling by 18.6% month on month while rising by 14% year on year. Export prices in June dropped from a 16-month high in the previous month, a month-on-month decrease of 3% and a year-on-year fall of 2.7%.
